Tips for keeping your bottled gas installation in top condition

Prolonged absences

If you are going to be away from home for a long period of time, always turn off the stopcock. In this way you will avoid possible leaks while no one is at home.

Correct bottle position

Always keep the bottle in an upright position. Do not place it in places with high temperatures or in direct sunlight for long periods of time: this protects its operation and safety.

Location and ventilation

Place the butane or propane cylinder in a well-ventilated space. Keep vents clear and unobstructed to prevent gas buildup.

Bottle storage

If you need to store several bottles, place them in a dry and ventilated place. Avoid storing them in enclosed spaces or near sources of heat. For greater safety, ask empty bottles to be collected.
