It depends on your frequency of use and needs, if it is for cooking, hot water, stove, etc.
– Butane 12.5 kg is ideal for regular domestic use
– Propane 11 kg if you need a little more performance and propane 35 kg for high consumption and fewer replacements.
Both are LPG (liquefied petroleum gases), but they behave differently and meet different needs:
– Temperature and place of use.
Cepsa Propane maintains good performance at low temperatures and outdoors, so it is recommended for cold climates, terraces or continuous use. Cepsa Butane is ideal for indoor and temperate climates; in intense cold it can lose pressure.
– Power and demand
If you are looking for more power and autonomy or have higher consumption, propane is a better fit (even with a bulk tank).For regular domestic use (cooking, hot water and heating support), butane 12.5 kg is practical and economical.

1. Directly from the website: choose between butane bottle, propane bottle or campingaz and add the delivery address. You will receive an order confirmation, it’s as easy as that!
2. Through points of sale and distributors find your nearest distributor or point of sale for butane and propane cylinders. Contact your distributor and manage your order.
3. With our commercial agents locate your Cepsa commercial agent for bulk propane. They will help you manage your order and resolve any doubts.
