Do not make modifications or add
extra devices to your gas network
Ensure the flame remains consistently blue
If you detect noises or yellow or red tips in appliance flames, contact our Appliance Technical Support Service
Avoid drafts and liquid spills around burners
Keep ventilation grilles unobstructed
WHEN AWAY FOR EXTENDED PERIODS, CLOSE THE GAS SHUT-OFF VALVES.
What to do if you smell gas?
Close the shut-off valve
Avoid handling electrical appliances, doorbells, etc. Refrain from smoking or lighting matches
Ventilate the area by opening doors and windows
Call Cepsa’s 24-hour Emergency Service from a phone outside your home
WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF FIRE?
1. CLOSE THE GAS SHUT-OFF VALVE
2. CLOSE THE TANK SHUT-OFF VALVE
3. NOTIFY EMERGENCY SERVICES (112) AND CEPSA’S 24-HOUR SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THE AREA AROUND THE GAS TANK
